Tell me a story about MusicWonderland (or as we liked to be called “MW”)
A long time ago, and under a couple of different names, we have been selling music gear for over 25 years. We have been selling under MW for almost 10 years. We started with traditional music stores in Miami, then we saw the changes in the landscape, the Internet, Superstores, Palm Trees, etc....We changed our business model, closed the stores and were reborn as MusicWonderland!
What’s the Deal with the 1 Main Item?
Well we used to sell gear like everyone else, through our website, and other channels. Most of the time we had the same prices on the same products as everybody else! So we decided to shake it up a little. What we did realize that after 25 years we had a knack of buying closeouts and one of a kind deals. Who knew? So instead of having a website with 10,000 or so items with mediocre pricing, we now have 4 products in total per day with some of the best pricing on the planet. We’ll we should make that plural, because the prices we found on Jupiter aren’t so good anyways, plus the travel cost and visas, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
The Buy It Now icon is pulsating, should I be scared?
Sometimes, Yes - Sometimes, No. What that pulsating icon is telling you is that we are about to sell out of that item at any moment. So, if it's something you can't live without, BUY IT QUICKLY!!! If not, check back with us tomorrow, because the item you always wanted at a price you would never had believed will be on sale.
Remember, the early bird gets the worm, unless you don't like having worm breath.
What happens if I don’t want what you’re selling today?
Cheer up! There’s always tomorrow...and the day after that and so on, and so on and so on....The beautiful part is that you will never know what crazy, you can’t live without deal you will find here. So check it out. Daily.

Because our marketing department didn’t think we could charge for it. But it’s cool, it’s just like our website only smaller, and fits in the palm of your hand. Unless you have very small hands, then we would suggest using both hands.
When can I get my hands on the new deal?
The bewitching hour, also known as 12:00 Midnight Eastern Time, That means if you live in New York all the way down the coast to South Beach, then check out the site before you go out for the night. Dude if you are the west coast, that would be 9:00pm.

How can I tell how many items you have left?
Send us “1 Million Dollars”. Okay it’s a top secret, we keep that number on the shelf next to the recipe for KFC. So get it while you can, there are no prizes for 2nd place.
Actually, there are no prizes for 1st place either. Go figure.
The item I wanted/needed/could not live without/ sold out. Now what?
Set an alarm next time. Keep checking us out. Sometimes we are able to re-list the end all deal of end all deals...again. There will always be a limited quantity of the stuff we sell, so jump in while the water is warm.
Faulty/Non-Working Items:
In the case of all faulty products, we will exchange for another of the same product. More times than not, we will not have a replacement, so we will refund the item total. The return shipping cost is on you.
All returns will be tested, so please, please, puh-leeze check the item out throughly before you decide to return it.
Google the problem, check with the manufacturers website, have your Tarot cards read or consult a Ouigi board.
If the faulty item does come back to us. We will test it. Thoroughly. If it turns out to be in full working order, we can either (a) ship back to you, at your expense, or (b) accept the item back as a return, and charge a minimum of 25% restocking fee (possibly more, if there is any cosmetic damage to the item).
Personal use items that are used at your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. This includes all microphones, ear plugs, and in-ear earphones.
All clothing cannot be returned. This includes shirts, hats, gloves and corsets.
All instrument parts cannot be returned once opened due to the possibility they have been used. This includes all guitar, amplifier, and turntable parts.
No returns on any printed music, karaoke CD, software, or hardware that is bundled with register-able software.

Dissatisfaction aka"It Did not Do What I Thought It Would!"
Because we work with very slim margins, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.
Here is what you can do:
Sell it on eBay
Sell it to a friend
Sell it to an enemy
Give it to charity
Make it into a clock/door stopper/aquarium.
What’s the deal with the coupon if I register?
Basically it’s a bribe. Take it, it’s free. Really. Who knows maybe if you sign up we will continue to send you coupons...maybe.
I see you sell outside of the USA, but not all items?
Well let’s see. It could be any one of these reasons:
a. It’s too heavy.
b. The voltage is 110v only.
c. The manufacturer said we couldn’t
d. We don’t like you.
e. Some, or all of the above.
I live in Kazakhstan, can i buy from MusicWonderland?
Right now, we offer our items in 3 different shipping categories:
1. Continental US states. This means the 48 connected states (Sorry HI & AK)
2. USA, Canada. This means AK, HI, & PR too!
3. USA, Canada, UK, & Australia.
If you do not live in one of these countries, move. They’re really cool places to live.
Do you take I.O.U.’s as payments?
At this time, we accept Paypal or if you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay with anyone of the following credit cards:

What’s the deal with shipping?
You pay shipping once! So it’s the same charge if you want to buy 1 item or 8 items. Of course it’s a better deal if you buy 8. So buy 8.
Can I combine shipping with the Side Deal or Wild Card?
No. That would be too easy. Actually, it is more than likely, these items will come out of a different warehouse, so buck up and be ready to pay another shipping charge. C’mon, it not that much anyways...
How long will shipping take? I ordered it 10 minutes ago!
Each item will have a shipping estimate attached, so read it carefully.
For the most part, we try and ship your item within 1 to 2 business days.
You will receive notice of this to your registered email.
If the item is in the US, and you are in the US, you should have it within a week. If the item is in the US and you are not, it can take 2-3 weeks. Remember, “Patience is a Virtue” and another one we like: “Last One Home is a Rotten Egg”.
If the item is coming from the orient, average delivery is 1-2 weeks regardless where you are.
